Working harder than ever, and still wondering why there's so little to show for it?

Most people who come to me aren't struggling for lack of effort. Far from it. They're working harder than they ever imagined they'd have to, often at the expense of everything else, and still wondering why there's so little to show for it. If that sounds familiar, you're in good company, and you're in the right place.

If you're reading this, I'm going to imagine you're good at what you do, or have the potential to be. Maybe you've just qualified and you're starting from nothing. Maybe you've been at this for years and it still isn't paying you what it should. Either way, being good at the work doesn't automatically make you good at running a business. They're two very different skills, and both can be learned. Usually we're expected to simply work it out as we go, while doing the actual job at the same time.

How I help

I help service-based business owners earn more by starting with the end in mind, working backwards, and finding the gaps along the way.

Step One

Clarity

We understand where you are, what's been getting in the way, and what success actually looks like for you.

Step Two

Strategy

We put the right actions in the right order, so your time and energy go on what actually gets results, rather than what keeps you busy.

Step Three

Inner Work

We identify and shift the blocks that have been getting in the way of your progress, so the actions you know you want to take actually happen.

This works on two levels: the practical and the personal. The strategy and the mindset. One without the other only gets you so far. You can have the best system in the world and still find a hundred reasons not to use it. Or you can do all the inner work you like and still have no idea which action to take on a Monday morning. Both matter.

A bit about me

I'm Anna. Wife, mum, former Art teacher, and someone who once spent four years building what turned out to be a very expensive hobby rather than an actual business.

I had the skills and the passion, and I was doing everything I thought I was supposed to do. The blogging, the endless tweaking of the website, the SEO. With almost nothing to show for it. Four years in, I could count my clients on two hands, and my confidence had dropped so far I'd stopped telling people what I did for a living.

I remember sitting at the kitchen table one evening, doing the maths I already knew wouldn't add up, ready to let the dream go. Then I found the right mentors. People who'd already built what I was trying to build. A clear system, practical steps that cut through the noise. Within two and a half years my little business had grown to six figures, and the bigger shift was in me. I'd become someone steadier, more sure of myself.

That opened a door to becoming Managing Director there, working alongside more than 4,000 business owners across over 100 professions. I got to see exactly what made the difference between someone who knew what to do, and someone who actually did it.

These days you're as likely to find me running a lino printing workshop as talking business. I've learned a full life and a thriving business were never in competition. I'd love to show you how.

A few principles worth thinking about

Who You Are Is Your Business

Your business isn't just a service you offer. It's your presence, your values, the way your clients feel working with you, and who they become as a result. Your business grows when you grow.

The Small Things Are the Big Things

Most of what moves a business forward isn't complicated. It's the follow-up email, the phone call, the conversation you've been avoiding, done regularly and done well. You don't need to do more. You just need to do the right things, and keep doing them.

Real Relationships Build Real Businesses

Screens and scheduled posts make it easy to hide. The most powerful thing you can do for your business is also the most human: talk to people, properly, one to one. Almost every business problem gets easier with a conversation.

Let's talk

If at any point you'd rather have a conversation, if you'd like someone to help you see where the gaps are and what to focus on first, that door is always open. Often a single conversation brings more clarity than months of going it alone.
